SCBA Notice of EGM on 23 July 2025

Dear Corporate Members and Individual Members,

Just a gentle reminder with much thanks.

Please note that our Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Wednesday 23^rd July. The meeting will be held at the SCBA Clubhouse at 7:30pm sharp. Remote attendance details

There is only one item on the agenda for this meeting:

1) Approve Board nominations and conduct elections

Corporate members must advise the name of their authorised representative to the Secretary General (secretary@scba,org.sg) no later than 7pm on Monday 21^st July.

As at to-date, we have received one Board Nomination Form which was submitted by Mr Derek Lee with his self intro as follow:
