Just a gentle reminder with much thanks.

Please note that our Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Wednesday 23rd July.  The meeting will be held at the SCBA Clubhouse at 7:30pm sharp.  

There is only one item on the agenda for this meeting:

1)    Approve Board nominations and conduct elections

Please note that only members who are eligible to vote will be allowed to stay in the meeting:

Individual Members: Ordinary members and Life members

Clubs members that fulfil the criteria for Corporate Members under Section 10 of the SCBA Constitution

Upon joining the meeting, please turn on your camera and if necessary, change name if necessary for us to confirm your identity.

Note that proxy voting is not allowed (Section 17.3 of the SCBA Constitution)

If there is time after the EGM and members wish to do so, a game can be organised.
