The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for year 2026 was originally scheduled for 28 September 2026. However, China announced their dates for the APBF Youth Championships to be on 22-29 September, overlapping with our initial AGM date. As a significant amount of our player base is involved in this event, we are proposing the AGM to instead be held on 26 October 2026, 7pm.

We have selected this date in consideration of the athletes preparing and playing in the FISU World University Championships (Mindsports) which will be held from 12 to 16 October.

As per our constitution, you may write to info@scba.org.sg if you object to the postponement. We will move forward with the AGM on 28 September if more than 1/3 of our members write in objections within seven days. Otherwise, the AGM will be held on the proposed date of 26 October.
